Why Are You Inconsistent?

We've all been told they key to consistency is to spend hours at the range hitting 1000's of balls.  The reality is that this concept could actually be causing the inconsistency you see when you play on the golf course.  I'm not saying that hitting balls has no value but unless you know exactly what you should be working on all you are really doing is getting better at "timing" the movement patterns you already have.

This is why you can hit it great on the range (when it doesn't matter) but then it's like a different person turns up when you get out on the golf course, when it does matter!

The truth is for you to become a more consistent golfer, a golfer that plays with confidence and without fear, you need to improve your fundamental movement patterns.  This will make your swing less reliant on "timing" and more effective under pressure.     

The great thing is that improving your fundamental movement patterns is much easier and quicker than you may think.  All you need is clarity in what you need to do, confidence that you are doing it correctly and a process that gets results quickly...

FAQ's

Do I have to complete the course in 21 days?

No! You can go through the course at your own pace and you will have lifetime access to the challenge including future updates.  Many students like to repeat the course multiple times and love the new content.

What if I have a question?

Can I still hit balls and play golf while completing the challenge?

I'm not that flexible, what if I can't do the drills

Most students find their flexibility improves significantly as they complete the course.  All movement patterns start slow and gradually build through the programme and you will also receive a bonus stretching & flexibility plan!  

What equipment do I need?

Just a small exercise ball (even a football or equivalent), junior tennis racket (or equivalent) and a golf club

Do I need lots of space?

Most students perform the exercises in their lounge, kitchen or home office.  All drills with a golf club you hold the club down the shaft so ceilings/light fittings will not be in range!

Can you really make changes in 21 days?

Absolutely! 15 minutes a day of targeted exercises offers the perfect balance of repetition and variety and you will see noticeable results

About Me

I've been a golfer for over 30 years, a PGA professional for over 20 years but 8 years ago I was almost ready walk away from the game I had loved since I was 11 years old.  I was frustrated at my own inconsistency and I felt like I wasn't serving my students to the best of my ability.  No matter how much I practiced or played, I just couldn't perform like I used to and I couldn't figure out why. 

Then a new coach, Stuart, started at my academy and everything changed.  He showed me how techniques and principles that we were taught as kids and then taught to pass on to our students were changing in the modern game.  There were fundamental shifts in how modern day tour players were using the club face and how they generated power that were very different to how they did it back in the day.
